Return & Exchange Policy

Our top priority is to make sure our customers have the best sales experience possible and we are here to help.

We offer a 30 day Refund or Exchange on all Retail Products (non-hygienic items, non-orally consumed products) that are unused, unaltered, free of all damages by customer. Security seals are placed on each item during production and should be kept intact upon return. We DO NOT ACCEPT opened items to be returned for the safety of all our clients. After the full inspection of all returned items, Diva Holistic Formulas will issue a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit (with the exception of shipping costs if any) within 14 days. 

We offer a 21 day Exchange or Store Credit on all hygienic items such as oils, soaps, body butters, kits, etc that are unused, unaltered, free of all damages by customer. Security seals are placed on each item during production and should be kept intact upon return. We DO NOT ACCEPT opened items to be returned for the safety of all our clients.After the full inspection of all returned items, Diva Holistic Formulas will issue a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit (with the exception of shipping costs if any) within 14 days.

Diva Holistic Formulas can not offer a Refund for boxes. Boxes include hygienic products are NON REFUNDABLE.  We DO NOT ACCEPT  opened items to be returned for the safety of all our clients. 

When booking services or events with Diva Holistic Formulas we require a Booking Deposit Fee (All Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you have already paid for the service in full Diva Holistic Formulas will issue a Refund within 14 days with the exception of the Booking Deposit Fee.

eGift Card purchases are NON REFUNDABLE. 

When issuing refunds Diva Holistic Formulas can not issue cash for card transactions. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 14 days after product has been fully inspected for refund to be issued. If you’re approved a refund and waited the 14 days, please contact your financial institution.
